Stage 2: Customer
Blocker
The need for more structured work processes are becoming clear.
Solution
Keep P&T simple. Add customer-focused templates.
Let’s be clear:
If a team only had three things…
Customer input
A way to work with that input (PDCA)
A way to validate outcomes (Feedback loop)
…that’s agile.
The problem is, Most teams focus almost entirely on work structure.
Daily stand-ups, retros, sprints — all the ceremonies.
But they rarely talk directly to customers.
Here’s what we believe:
We would rather have a team with zero knowledge of Agile, but who regularly talks to their customers one-on-one…
…than a team armed with every Agile template and tool, but who never speaks directly to a customer.
In Summary:
Follow a simple PDCA cycle
Add Agile ceremonies only if they solve a real problem.
Example: Run product reviews only if customers will attend.
Use the Customer Persona Template
Make this the starting point for any new work.
Build a Customer Feedback Loop
Validate that the team is building what customers actually need.
