P&T Value Checklist

The P&T Value Checklist is designed to be quick, objective, and team-driven.

Each recurring process or template is scored across seven criteria, with 0 = No, 1 = Meh?, and 2 = Yes.

The total score tells you what to do next:

12–14 points: Keep as is.
8–11 points: Needs review or adaptation.
< 8 points: Retire, replace, or radically rethink.

By regularly applying this checklist, teams ensure that every process and template actively supports delivery, maintains relevance, and aligns with current goals

Anything that no longer serves its purpose is gracefully removed.
