Navigating a Stage — Nordic Agility

Core 4

Throughout all the interview we did,

We found that there are four core drivers that shape how agile a team can become.

Team - The group of individuals working together to solve problems.
Delivery - The expected outcomes from the team.
Leadership - The person or people responsible for the team members and the outcomes of the team’s delivery.
Process & Templates - Tools that help the team in their ways of working.

Each of the Core 4 will have a section dedicated to them in the learning.

Scorecard

For each stage in the roadmap there will be a summary score card.

Agility framework for building agile enterprise team, without a scrum master or agile coach in or outside SAFe.

Definitions

Stage Name — One word summary of the focus of that stage.

Blocker – The main constraint holding the team back (from one of the Core 4 areas).

Solution – The tactical action that solves the blocker.

Core 4 (Team, Delivery, Leadership, P&T) — The four drivers of Agile inside every team.

SAFe Guidance — How this stage aligns with SAFe (Yes, this roadmap works with SAFe teams).

Bottom Line — The core blocker and solution for this stage.
