Until now, the team has worked mostly in isolation.
It’s time to confirm assumptions or adjust direction.
We started Stage 1 - FOUNDATION with a Team Purpose Workshop —where we drafted an initial purpose statement for the team.
Take that purpose statement — the one-liner from the workshop: “Why does this team exist?”
Then review everything in your 🔵 Can & Will Do circle:
This is your team’s core focus. Clean it up, organize it, and clarify it.
Identify who you believe your customer is. Then ask:
“We believe this is why our team exists — does that match your needs?”
You’ll either get:
Confirmation — or
New insights that might shift your direction.
(“Wait, we thought you were building an AI bookkeeper, not an online pet store?”)
