Welcome to the Nordic Agility Framework
Glad you’re here.
The reason we start here comes down to one simple thing:
Understanding how we measure agility.
What is Agile?
Agile is a way of working that helps teams deliver value to customers faster, more reliably, and with less waste.
As said by ChatGPT.
More importatly: How is it mesured?
We at Nordic Agility belive you mesure Agility in a team by 3 things.
Delivery
Value
Improvements
Lets us expand a bit on why we think this.
Delivery.
A team’s ability to deliver reliably is the heartbeat of agility. When delivery is uncertain, it creates stress, broken promises, and lost trust — both with customers and within the company. But when delivery is consistent, it builds confidence, predictability, and momentum.
Our measurement: At least 70% of planned work is delivered every sprint.
Value.
Delivery alone isn’t enough. Real value comes when the work is rooted in actual customer needs. Without that connection, teams risk building features no one uses, wasting time and money. But when work is guided by customer insights, every sprint moves the business closer to outcomes that truly matter.
Our measurement: At least 70% of work is based on validated customer insights.
Improvement.
No team is perfect from the start. The real test of agility is whether a team can adapt and improve on their own. Teams that wait for someone else to fix their problems stay stuck; teams that take ownership grow stronger every sprint. Improvement is what transforms a good team into a self-sufficient, high-performing one.
Our measurement: At least 70% of improvements are owned and completed on time by the team.
That’s why our model (7 7 7) is simple:
70%+ of planned work is delivered on every sprint.
70%+ of work is based on real customer insights.
70%+ of improvements are owned and implemented on time by the team.
Curious where your team is stuck and how to fix it? Our team assessment will show you.
